Understand your business.
Flow connects to the bank you already use, organises the money continuously, watches it while you work, and explains what changed — so you can run the place without becoming a bookkeeper.
Read-only bank access through Plaid. Flow never sees your banking credentials and cannot move money.
Nobody types a transaction in
Flow is not a bookkeeping tool and not a chart library. You connect what you already run on, and it does the organising from there.
- 1
Connect
Sign in at your bank through Plaid and approve read-only access.
- 2
Flow organises
Two years of history, categorised, with vendors named and repeating charges detected.
- 3
You see it
Cash, revenue, spending, receivables, forecast — computed, not estimated.
- 4
It keeps watching
Agents check your thresholds and tell you when something crosses one.
What Flow actually does
Your cash, continuously
Balances straight from your accounts, ninety days of movement behind them, and a projection built from what you have actually committed to — not a trend line drawn through the past.
Flow Agents watch while you work
Set the line — a cash floor, a spending jump, an invoice going late — and an agent checks it on your schedule. Agents monitor, analyse, report and suggest. They cannot move money.
Ask in plain English
Why did cash go down last month? Which vendors raised their prices? Flow computes the answer from your records first, then puts it in words. Every figure links back to the transactions behind it.
It tells you what changed
A supplier quietly repricing, a customer stretching from thirty days to sixty, a subscription nobody uses — ranked by what each one costs you a month.
A finished pack for your accountant
Profit summary, category detail, vendor detail and the full register, on the same basis every month. Print it, export it, or send it to them directly.
Read-only, and scoped
You sign in at your own bank. Flow never receives your credentials, only ever reads, and gives your accountant exactly the areas you tick — revocable the moment you want it back.
The engine computes the numbers. The AI explains them.
Every figure in Flow — every balance, every margin, every projection, every agent threshold — comes from one analytics engine reading your own records. The language model is given those computed figures and asked only to phrase them, and it is never permitted to introduce a number that is not in front of it. If the model is unavailable, Flow answers in its own words rather than guessing.
That is why a Flow answer and the Flow dashboard cannot disagree with each other.
Simple pricing

Security you can check
Flow does not claim to be unbreakable, and you should distrust any financial product that does. What it claims is a narrow blast radius — and every one of these is verifiable inside the product.
You authenticate at your bank
Sign-in happens inside Plaid, at your institution. Flow never receives a banking username or password.
Read-only, by construction
Flow requests transactions and balances only. There is no payments capability anywhere in the product.
Tokens encrypted at rest
Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and readable only by the backend.
Isolation in the database
Every row belongs to a business and every query is filtered by your membership by the database itself.
Scoped, revocable sharing
An accountant sees one business and only the areas you tick. Revoking takes effect immediately.
A trail you cannot edit
Connections, exports, access changes and account events are written to an audit log your own account cannot alter.
Start with the account you already have.
Connect a bank and Flow has your dashboard built before you have finished your coffee.
